Volodymyr Marinich started his legal activity in 1995 in the government bodies of Ukraine and was directly involved in developing foreign economic, customs, civil, and economic laws of Ukraine. At the same time, Volodymyr Marinich was at the forefront of drafting and creating basic forms of contracts for carrying out various types of business activities in Ukraine. Additionally, he was integral to the financial and legal modeling of complex and multi-level transnational investment, industrial, and IT business structures in Ukraine and Europe. Through his activity, Volodymyr Marinich managed high-profile court disputes in the sphere of public law against the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the State Customs Service of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, and the Central Election Commission of Ukraine, related to the elections of the President of Ukraine and deputies of the Supreme Council of Ukraine, the organization of the notary system of Ukraine, the organization of the educational process in Ukraine, the reorganization of state executive bodies of Ukraine, mass layoffs of civil servants and much more. In addition, Volodymyr Marinich has extensive successful experience in litigation in the field of civil and commercial law related to the division of property, violation of contractual obligations, disputes with motor manufacturers, and a lot more. On a separate note, Volodymyr Marinich is directly involved in a variety of scientific research in such areas as space law, international security, human rights, history and archeology, etc. As of today, the main activities of Volodymyr Marinich are public (international and national) and private law in various business sectors and areas of human activity.
