The history of the “FOX” legal group begins in 1996, when the first lawyers of this group, who specialized in customs law and foreign economic activity, started their activities and became famous.

In 2003, the group`s founders merged under the “FOX” brand (Ukraine). In a very short time, the “FOX” legal project expanded its scope of activities to other areas of law and became one of the leaders in the legal services field in Ukraine.

In 2011, after reorganization, a law firm was established under the “FOX” brand with the main office in the city of Kyiv (Ukraine), which expanded the scope of the “FOX” legal project.

Henceforth the “FOX” legal project has entered the European, American, and Asian markets. Law Firm “FOX” has been directly involved in supporting deals in the Netherlands, France, Portugal, Poland, the USA, Turkey, and Cyprus in the fields of IT industry, medicine, the banking and financial sector, the construction and real estate market as well as in the oil refining, oil production, clothing, footwear, and textile industries.

In 2015, to further expand the scope of activities, “FOX” attorneys at law was established, which litigates in the courts of Ukraine.

In addition, the “FOX” legal group launched many innovative, scientific, social, and pro-bono projects. Such projects include, for example, the scientific laboratory “Cosmic Law Portal” aimed at investigating space law and the public organization “Magistrat” for research in human rights and international security.

The “FOX” legal group is managed by a board of four partners (two managing legal partners and two external investment partners), some of whom are engaged in scientific activities and are directly involved in writing articles and books in the field of law, possess experience in government agencies, and hold academic degrees in law and additional higher education in the fields of management, philology, mining engineering, automated control systems, customs law, international law, philosophy, and history.

In today`s changing world, we are committed to continually improving, being flexible and progressive, expanding the range of cooperation and partnerships with specialists in various fields of law and business, and staying at the forefront of the legal industry.
