Maryna Myklush started her legal activity in 2009. At the same time, Maryna Myklush was heavily involved in drafting and creating basic forms of contracts for performing various types of business activities in Ukraine. Additionally, she took an active role in the financial and legal modeling of complex and multi-level transnational investment, industrial, and IT business structures in Ukraine and Europe. Maryna Myklush provided legal support in high-profile court disputes in the sphere of public law against the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the Central Election Commission of Ukraine, related to the elections of the President of Ukraine and deputies of the Supreme Council of Ukraine, the organization of the educational process in Ukraine and much more. In addition, Maryna Myklush has extensive successful experience in civil and commercial cases relevant to equitable distribution, violation of contractual obligations, family and corporate disputes, intellectual property, disputes with motor manufacturers, and a lot more. Moreover, Maryna Myklush is directly involved in a variety of scientific research in such areas as space law, international security, human rights, history and archeology, etc. So far, the main activities of Maryna Myklush are public (international and national) and private law in various business sectors and areas of human activity.
